This unlocked cell phone can be used with a GSM network service provider and it provides quad-band connectivity (850 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 1900 MHz). It does not come with a SIM card, and it requires that you provide a SIM card for usage with your selected service provider. This phone comes with a one-year warranty from a third party provider.
Phone Features: The RAZR V3 has a large 176 x 220 color display with 262,000 colors dominates the inside of the top cover, and a supplementary 96 x 80 full-color display on the outside that can display pictures, time, call information, battery and signal strength, and more. Most of the phone's features and on-screen menus are controlled by a five-way center button on the handset's backlit control pad, which is precision cut from a single sheet of nickel-plated copper alloy. A charging port and USB data cable port is placed on the bottom of the phone.
The RAZR V3's internal phone book can hold up to 1000 contacts, while the phone's picture ID system allows you to assign pictures to your most common callers. It also supports polyphonic ringtones as well as MP3 ringers, allowing you to use portions of your favorite songs to alert you to incoming calls. There's even an included application, MotoMixer, that lets you mix your own ringtones. For times when you want to be discreet, there's a vibrating alert. A built-in speakerphone makes it easy to talk without having the phone to your ear while voice activated dialing makes calling your friends, family and associates as easy as saying their names.

RAZR July 14, 2010 Jennifer N Barnett (Missouri, USA) item was as described but has little to no memory and memory cannot be expanded with SD card, but phone works fine and looks great.
Motorola RAZR V3 July 12, 2010 Dawn Scott (SAINT LOUIS, MO, US) The phone doesn't work. Will not take my SIM card or Scan disc. Tired of ordering phones that appear to be one thing and actually turn out to be useless.
It's not all good... April 28, 2010 L. Pattison The first of this model I was sent was not the new one I ordered and paid full price for. I got a look-alike repaired, international version dated 10 July 04. Amazon refunded me $25.00. I ordered a case and car charger.I had to return the phone after 3 days of service with TMobile (the phone was listed as being compatible with TMobile) because it was defective. I was sent the same model again, a U.S. version, yes, but it was not new as it had been pre-loaded with Cingular (now AT&T) software and after using over 2 hours of minutes of time on another cellular with TMobile it was determined by TMobile that Amazon had again sent me a used phone that was completely incompatible with TMobile (no matter what Roberta or Mary or Jason or... anyone from Amazon kept telling me, that the phone was listed as being compatible with TMobile)) that I could not use again and so, had to return as well. TMobile was gracious to cancel my new account without charging me.
I can only hope that Amazon.com will say that both of their phones have been delivered to them and I don't owe.
And that folks, is how my very first purchase and experience with Amazon.com has gone.
razr 3 phone April 22, 2010 L. Roark (Dallas, Texas) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This phone works fine. My old Cingular phone died, so I needed another one, and AT&T was being stupid with
how much they wanted for an "outdated" phone. So, I got this one. The screens/graphics/menus are a bit
different than my other razrs, but that is probably due to the variations between V3, V3R, and whatever
other versions they have. I don't know which is which, but this phone WORKS just fine for me, and
that's all I care about.
all that was expecting and promised, except...... April 19, 2010 Visa (Coos Bay, Oregon, US) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I had a RAZR several years ago when they first came out. Unfortunately it was stolen. I then went with whatever phone was being offered for free with renewal of my service plan. I was never as satisfied with any of these phones as I had been with the RAZR. I was in need of new phone and it is several months before my next contract renewal. So I decided to order an unblocked phone online. Consumer Report did not list the RAZR as high as other phones, but for my simple needs it fit the bill, and the price was right compared to other phones with the same features. I have been delighted with my new phone. Simple to use, camera quality is very good. The only drawback was the user guide included with the phone. It was incomplete in many areas, referred to nonexistant pages for more detailed information and the pages were not numbered! Better user guides can be downloaded however, so this is not a problem.
