This product does not deserve any penny. I bought one for my wife as a gift. When I told her I did, she read some reviews on it, and told me she did not want it. I then took the time to read the reviews, and foud out how bad a choice it was. When I got the item delivered, it was exactly as the reviews said: ugly, very different from the description they made on the web, to anme but a very few. And the other part I did not like was when one representative required me to remove the reason I provided as of why I returned the item in order to process the refund. It is very dishonest. In a nutshell, don't waste your money, buy something else from someone else, you'll regret if buy it from from them.

I bought this phone not too long ago, expecting it to be decent. But as soon as I opened the box I realized that it was nothing but cheap. Often when sliding it open it freezes, or shuts down. Keyboard has a hard time catching up, and sometimes the letters that have the arrows on them switch back and forth between the actual arrow and the letter. Camera has no zoom. Just an all around junk phone.

This phone was terrible! It was difficult to text on it. The service on it was so bad and I could not get the internet to work no matter how hard I tried.

I hesitated buying this phone due to all the poor reviews.
But with an expensive cell phone carrier phone, with a cracked screen and 9 months left on my contract, I bit the bullet..
If you have a SIM card, this should work for you.
I have TMobile and it worked immediately.
This phone works great, looks fabulous, has extensive features and is definitely worth more than I paid unlocked ($99).
Definitely recommend.

i bought this fone in December an loved it it is now may a mere 6 months later and im dyin to get a new fone. the camera has poor quality the battery life isnt very good and the memory is good yet slows the fone down which is kind of a given. it has the option of threaded veiw for txtin which is great i love that but you can only send one msg at a time. example say your tlkn to two ppl at the same time u send one msg and type the other an send it but you get another message is already in progress. the speaker is poor and it often drops or doesnt even connect the calls some of you will say simply bc it att well iv never had a problem w att and have always had great reception and the speaker doesnt hold well is small and it slides with a full keyboard but u have to open the fone to txt it has a touch screen dialing yet no touch screen keyboard. overall the fone was a let down the applications are slow and the charger often breaks when the battery is low you cant edit a txt msg or send a txt msg and when in the middle of a convorsation it will beep. the fone does have an mp3 player but wen you recieve a txt it will stop or if your on the fone an you receive a txt the txt msg tone will often play in your ear while your trying to tlk to someone. wouldnt recomend this fone to anyone not even as a simple callin fone its a better paper weight
