Product Description Palm Treo 680 Unlocked GSM Smartphone Say hello to the Palm Treo 680 smartphone. It's your phone along with email, messaging, and web access. Not to mention your contacts, calendar, photos, and songs. Sounds like a lot. And it is. But everything's so easy to learn that you'll actually use it, which makes it anything but a typical phone. The same goes for design. Pick it up and you'll notice a large color touchscreen and an easy-type keyboard. Since the Treo 680 is just the right size, you have the freedom to take it anywhere and still be connected to friends, work, and family. Of course, there's also something called an "off" button, for when you don't want to be connected at all.

Palm Treo 680 - Last with Palm OS February 5, 2010 E. Hammond (Honolulu, HI) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I have had three other Palm PDAs and like Palm's reliability. I opted to buy the Palm Treo 680 even though it was previous (2006) release because I wanted to use my Palm apps in a phone and my carrier is AT&T. I bought Palm Treo 680 unlocked and just inserted my AT&T SIM card. No muss, no fuss. Everything works just fine. I have been adding in old Palm apps and only had one minor crash.

When you buy this phone, all you will get is the phone itself, battery, charger, and the wrong manual. "New" does not mean "full new package." The complete package (according to the Palm web site) also contains a headset, complete manual for the 680, and warranty card. This phone is cheaper because it does not contain those extra items.
I haven't been able to try the phone out yet, but it appears well-built.
