The software is really difficult, I can't down load music or photos to my computer and some of my friends say the same.I hope I could see this before.

You can't send pictures. Samsung was not helpful at all.
neither was AT&T.
You have to want more than just a phone. To complicated to operate. The manual is not helpful at all.
Wish I new all this before I bought this phone. I don't recommend this phone.
I bought this Samsung new.
