Works fine. July 28, 2010 Marvin T. Glick (Ft. Worth, TX) I purchased the bluetooth for my son to use online with his video games. He has not complained. We were thrown for a loop at first as the power button needs to be held down for several seconds in order to turn the thing on.
Works exactly as advertised June 29, 2010 CMT82 Good size. Had a bit of trouble getting it to stay in my ear at first. Really like the remaining battery power indicator.
Only if you are broke should you get this headset! June 24, 2010 D. Cohen (Pennsylvania, USA) THE OTHER PERSON CANT HEAR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHAT GOOD IS THAT GONNA DO YOU????
I have never spent more than $30 on a bluetooth headset...and those that I used to admire for $90 are now going for $30 and have poor ratings.
The speaker is better than all that I have tried but the rest was the same. I used a Jabra earjell to put over the earpiece to make it fit PERFECTLY...no need for "ear arm" anyway because of the Jabra earjell.
If you are broke and NEED a bluetooth headset....go for this with some cheap Jabra earjells. I ended up buying a bunch of jells in a pack with a "corded Jabra headset"...for $3 or something.
BUT THE OTHER PERSON CANT HEAR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHAT GOOD IS THAT GONNA DO YOU????
I GO WITHOUT!!! Just havent found a solution yet. I guess if I ever drive enough (train commuter) I'll have to get a system installed.
Bluetooth works fine June 14, 2010 J. Lorenz (Ozarks of SW Missouri, United States) This was purchased as a gift for my granddaughter so she could be hands free with her cellphone. it works as well as expected.
Customer No Service June 11, 2010 Sue (McDonough, GA, USA) This comes w/three ear piece sizes (S,M,L). My ear piece broke within the warranty period. I called Motorola customer service to get a new one; got the new ear piece and it was too large. Called to get them to send me the small ear piece and was told there was no such item even though it is the way Amazon sells them. I am now waiting to see if I will get a small ear piece. If I don't I have spent money on a Bluetooth that cannot be used because Motorola does not have the piece and they are fine with the fact that I cannot use this equipment. Very disappointed and will NEVER buy another Motorola product even if it means doing without.
